Hi,

My brother (A US Citizen) filled a petition on my behalf in 2008 (Receipt Date Nov 12, 2008 and Notice Date Feb 4 2010). The notice says that my petition had been sent to NVC for appropriate action.

Now when I check my status online at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do it says the following:

My Case Was Received At My Local Office

On January 4, 2010, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EAC**********, at your local office. If you move, go tohttp://www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Please guide me what does it mean.

I just finished call with NVC to conform interview time & date for my cousin with 30-july 2002 PD, & yes Jolly is 100% right.

By the way he haven't received any call latter, we got interview date by calling NVC so ask your uncle to call NVC if he is in hurry to get date like us.

Just received my interview letter and instructions by email. My pd is 25th July 2002. Interview 19th may. Thank you to all who contribute on the forum for your support and good luck to all waiting their interview.

Just called nvc and operator told me that your case is under review of CSPA and their is no time frame for cspa review.when the cspa review will get completed then you will get instructions package from nvc.............

So can any body knows about the cspa review time at nvc or anyone is in same situation ????

hey, bro, right now，you nedd to pay your fees and complete 261 form, no one can exactly guess the date of the interview, it's what the NVC do; and if you don't pay the fees and documents ASAP, it will delay your case

hey, bro, right now,you nedd to pay your fees and complete 261 form, no one can exactly guess the date of the interview, it's what the NVC do; and if you don't pay the fees and documents ASAP, it will delay your case
