I think DS 260 won't be activated until you've submitted your COA and it gets processed.

Guys i need your guidance please. Details as under:-

PD- 24 august 2002 India

COA received - May 2014

AOS fee paid - June 2014

COA (DS-261) filled online (7th March 2015)

On the CEAC website, the IV fee bill is not invoiced. Also link to fill up DS-260 not activated. I am confused.

I delayed filling up of COA form since i wanted to delay my case for personal reasons.

When is the IV fee invoiced?

Also, is AOS I-864 to be filled up before the IV fee bill can be invoiced. What is the procedure for submitting I-864? Is it done by the petitioner online?

Please enlighten

I have been hoping for the same for several years... Mine PD is June 2003 and I am gonna age out in July,2016...

May be 2 months movement will happen after pd will get to 2003

May be 2 months movement will happen after pd will get to 2003

possible , they have to fix the waiting time

it raised from 7-8yrs to 10yrs and now almost 13yrs

if they keep demand on the quota it might be double of waiting time in the far future

like the weight of money or minimum wage :sleepy:

but i hope just more than a month per movement before the end of this fiscal year

:clock: please god , i dont want to see less than 4weeks movement anymore .

Just called nvc and operator told me that your case is under review of CSPA and their is no time frame for cspa review.when the cspa review will get completed then you will get instructions package from nvc.............

So can any body knows about the cspa review time at nvc or anyone is in same situation ????

minimum of 30 days and there might be some filers within your petition who might not make it as part of this review because they might have aged out under CSPA... :(

03/23/2015: State Deparment Visa Bulletin Modernization for Obama Immigration Actions Means What?

  • According to the information, it means that the Visa Bureau allocates visa numbers "without delays" and not waiting and seeing towards the end of the quarters and years, and they have already started the process.

One of my friends is having PD September 2002. He received COA in September 2014 and when his AOS fees $ 88 got invoiced, his name and his brother's name were removed from the CEAC website just bcoz they were above 21. Then they started completing his case, his petitioner sent the AOS package and my friend sent the civil package for his parents.... civil docs of my friend and his brother were not sent just bcoz their names were not present on ceac... but they sent a cspa letter showing the cspa calculation of their cspa age, according to which they were eligible under cspa... Now, 2 days ago he received a checklist for his aos package bcoz of some minor mistakes in the i864 and i864a forms........ AND in the email, NVC asked to pay 325$ fees of my friend and his brother and asked to complete their DS-260 form.... my friend was surprised to see this.....he immediately checked the ceac website, AND found that his name and his brother's name were added on ceac now.......and "pay now" option was available....they immediately paid their 325$ fees...... and now the fees status is "in process", which will be "paid" after 3-4 business days and then i guess their DS-260 form will be available........

Now, the point is that we have seen many cspa cases, that their names are removed after coa and aos fees invoice just bcoz they are above 21........and then the cspa case is evaluated during parents' interview.........but this is a unique case........and i am surprised that this miracle happend...............i dont know how......

But, my friend told me that his name and his brother's name were written in i864 and i864a forms while sending AOS package.........

Now, i think may be bcoz of this thing, their names are added on ceac and their fees option is made available...........

My another friend whose pd is also September 2002, his name was not mentioned in i864 and i864a forms and now his case is complete but his name is not yet added on ceac.........so his cspa case will be evaluated during his parents' interview.......................

Now, is this the way through which we can add cspa names on ceac after the aos package by adding their names on i864 and i864a forms ????

Or is this a mistake that NVC added my friend's name and his brother's name on ceac by mistake ??????????? I know it cant be a mistake but i cant believe that their names got added back on ceac website...........

Please share your views on this....and if anyone has this kind of experience then please share....it would be very helpful to cspa cases....there are many cspa cases in this forum.........

Also, there are many cases in this forum whose pd is july, august, september 2002, and if they are having children who are above 21, what is their status right now ?? Please share...

Thanks in advance :)

You have a lot of "CSPA Friends" and no CSPA Uncles... :P

Just Joking... :D

Good Luck

I have a question. My aunt got her interview letter two weeks ago. It's for April 27th. My other aunt sponsored her. But just to be prepared, my mom wants to write a notarized letter to show that my parents would be supporting my aunt as well when they move here. I have my parents income tax -returns from the last three years, what else do we need? Also what do we write in the letter? Do we need to fill a form?

Guys i wana ask something that when nvc will send first letter of coa what should we do we are not that much experts of submitting papers i think we should hayer a lawyer one of my friend hayer a lawyer and his fees was like one thousand dollor till tour case complete and u get ur viza so i think its better choice u dont have to worry for anything everything wil be done easily by our layer and second question is if our pd is close to become current 8 to 9 months earlier they will start process and if our all paper work complete and like pd is become current then we have to wait for our interview within one month or is that possible that ur pd is current and after year u will get viza ??
