did anyone receive aos recently ?2 of my uncle paid their aos about 5 days ago but havent received iv fee invoice yet.

Some time it takes time around week for IV fee available. Just login to site and you should have that available anytime.

Friend of mine got both AOS and IV fee invoice at same time. He just have to pay in two different transaction.

Things have changed a bit Sachin...It usually takes 30 days to review the AOS documents but wait until 2 weeks had passed, then call NVC, The rep will review your case over the phone and activate it and then after 2 days....you can pay the IV fee.

Good Luck

My friend's PD is in the first week of August 2002. The movement is going to be 4 weeks this month, so the cut-off date would be 15 June 2002 in upcoming visa bulletin (April Bulletin). Most probably first week of August 2002 will get current in next to next month (June Bulletin). In short, his pd is too close, and he is going to send his AOS package in this month. Is there any chance that NVC will give priority to his case (bcoz his pd is too close) and review his AOS package as early as possible (within 30-45 days) ????

(60 days waiting time is normal for every case...)

ya...call NVC...not an issue......they might give you a way what to do next.......and also, call delhi embassy tomorrow......tell them regarding your cspa case...

and ya, if the cspa age is what you have mentioned then not to worry at all......he is eligible under cspa.... good luck

Hey - I did call Delhi Embassy and NVC - Representative at Delhi embassy told me to email the concern along with the copy of birth certificate, passport and interview letter - And representative at NVC told me to call Delhi embassy in April as Visa is going to be available in April and than they will review the CSPA age of my brothers - And let you know of the results - So Now I am going to email both NVC and Embassy next week - And if I don't here from them by the beginning of next month I will call Embassy and NVC back and might resend the email as well - Thanks to everyone for the help :))

okay...that means she is eligible under CSPA...

Now, just send an email to your corresponding embassy regarding this thing, along with the previous interview letter, recent interview letter, niece's birth certi and passport copy..... and also call them and inform them about this matter.........

okay... email them as soon as possible...... and don't listen to what the NVC's operator told you........you got your interview letter, ryt ?? that means your visa number is available..... if your visa number was not available, they would not have sent you the interview letter... sometimes we just get into contact with dumb operators of NVC.......

after you send an email to the embassy, call them again in 2-3 days for the matter.....

one more thing, when they will finish reviewing your brother's cspa case, and if they find your brother eligible under cspa, they will make DS-260 available for him and then you would be able to complete that form..... i guess they will make DS-260 available on ceac for ur brother a week before your parents' interview....

Good Luck :)

My interview was on March 2, 2015. In the end of interview Counselor Officer said..... "Your visa is Approved u will get ur passport within 2 weeks"...
But when i came back to hotel i checked my Status.. it was showing Administrative Processing on March 2... and on March 3.. status showing... ISSUED and it says... Your visa has been Printed.. But today date changed on March 6.. and status still showing ISSUED..

Does anyone knows that once if it says ISSUED and your visa is Printed... than what are the chances of getting VISA in REAL ? or it will go back to Administrative Processing ? Any Idea.
