what is correct to write in i864 affidavit of support when brother is sposoring sister and sisters husband and sisters son.

in i864 part2.information on principal immigrant it contains sisters name of the sponsor.then what should be written in part3. below 2.d. Relationship to sponsored immigrant for sisters husband and in part3 below 3.d. relationship to sponsored immigrant for sisters son

i guess your pd is September 2002...if i am wrong, do correct me...

See, though you got an email for your case complete 2 months back, that does not indicate that you will get interview letter soon. You will only get your interview letter when your PD gets current irrespective of when your case got complete. This is F4 category and not the immediate relative (spouse/child of US Citizen) category. I remember one member of this group "Sirin" who was also thinking like you that her case got complete so she will receive the interview letter soon. NO...its not like that for our category. If you were in immediate relative category, then you would have received interview letter within a week after your case got complete. But in our F4 category or any other family/employment category, the interview letter comes only when our pd gets current on the visa bulletin irrespective of when our case gets complete. Because there are numerical limitations in our category, 65000 persons per year for F4 category is the deadline number. And therefore, priority dates are being released every month for such categories in which numerical limitations are there.

According to my estimation, your pd will get current till August Visa Bulletin.

And forget about Obama's executive actions in favour of us. I don't even see 1% chances. So just plan out according to the current movement i.e. 3-4 weeks per month.

cause its already 2months after i got my case complete letter .

and about Obama's order whatever ... i dont know will it take effect.

See, if you are eligible under CSPA and if the interview letter doesn't have your name, then don't worry at all...your cspa case will be evaluated during your parents' interview and your interview will be scheduled within one week after your parents' interview. Each and every process of yours, like ofc, medical will be done step wise step, just wait for your parents' interview....the visa officer will guide your parents what to do next for you......just go with your parents during their interview, and if you are not allowed to enter into the embassy then sit outside, but atleast go with them....the visa officer will definitely ask your parents about your absence... Good Luck

P.S : i am telling u all this with confidence because many of my friends have passed through this process, provided they were eligible under cspa but the interview letter did not have their names...but finally their visa got issued...

MY mom and my three uncle going to interviewed next months. My name is missing because my cspa age is over i already share with you.my age was over oct 2013

If I send email to nvc to add my kids to petition how long does that take I send birth certificate for 3 kids and passport for 2 cuz third one is only 5 months old so we haven't got her passport yet do we have to have her passport or birth certificate will work also
