Yes and oct is near to 4 month but still no coa for oct

I don't know why nvc not sending new coa

My intuition says Oct-Nov 2002 PD will receive COA this month....... Lets see what happens after the visa bulletin is released...

Good sign for EB-2 movement for India from 09/01/2005 in February 2015 to 01/01/2007 in March 2015. Usually, the DOS had been conservative in allocating EB-2 visa numbers for India when EB-2 demands were very high and waited until the last quarter of the fiscal year to move up at the last quarter to avoid unused employment-based immigrant visa numbers before the end of the fiscal year, but Mr. Oppenheim opinioned not too long ago after the Obama Immigration Actions were released that he might change the course and release more numbers before the last quarter in FY 2015. It is thus hopeful that for the next several months, EB-2 for India may move ahead, albeit in limited numbers at a time.

NVC MAY PROCESS NEW COA AFTER VISA BULLETIN WILL BE PUBLISHED..

THEY NOW HAVE TO SEND COA TO OCTOBER..

Usually More than 10yrs

2. how far in advance are the letters for interview usually received?

2 months after the Case Complete at NVC

3. Is there anyone waiting for an interview at the Barbados embassy?
