Hi Jolly , What is the definition of "Documentary Qualified Cases "?

You will receive choice of agent papers (COA ) approximately a 8-10 months before case becomes current.

( i.e today people who has file on July-Sep-2002, F4 should get this)

Hope this clears up some air for new people.

Aug Sep 02 , you will receive the COA soon..

has anybody of AUG/SEP202 got COA ?

not yet , but very soon it might be this month or next month.

Documentarily qualified case = NVC has received and reviewed all the necessary documents. And they are waiting for PD to become current.

F3- PD - 15April 2004 should recive COA in a month or two.

F4 - PD - 1 Aug 2002 should receive COA in a month or two.

I doubt that retrogression will be happen in F4(Brothers & Sisters) in the coming months ... hope so i am wrong..... ...please don't take it granted......these analysis is not mine..... few days back i called NVC and operator on phone told me that dates for F4 will retrogress in the coming months...............bull
