Hi All,

I have a question.. Now that my cases are becoming current and that interview dates are becoming assigned i now have another issue with one case with a daughter of one of the beneficiary.. Please see the details below

recepit Date: March 6, 2002

Notice Date: Janurary 26, 2005

Priority Date: Feburary 25, 2002

The daughter DOB: June 2, 1990

I did a CSPA calculator and this is what i am getting.. Can someone please give me some advice on how we can process her as well since she does not have any family there or real estate to live there once her parents come here. NVC sent me the petitioner a letter saying that she is not eligible to come.

I checked the CSPA data and it is quite close...There is one feasible solution....First check with a Immigration Lawyer and see whether "Retrogression of the Visa unavailability" can make some difference in the calculation...I am hoping for the best...

You can Check this link and can also show it to the Immigration Lawyer..

Retrogression on CSPA

Good Luck.

Is there any way /link online where i Can check whether my interview scedule or not..plz let me know urg

NO..

As such NVC itself does not have a website of its own like USCIS for case tracking...but based on the Case Complete date, people have tried some mechanism to know when their Interview packet will reach the consulate. After that the only way to know is to validate your case number by seeing the Local Consulate website for that particular month Interview List..

Interview Apointment Schedule

The Other way is to input your case number in the below Case Status link and if your case reaches the consulate, then it shows as "Ready:..

CEAC

Good Luck.

maybe more than a month movement.

So far only 2 weeks movement is 101% confirmed..

Philippines has moved from " 1 June 1991" to "1 July 1991"....So technically more than 4 weeks... :clock:
