Guys a question for the experts. Case was also current back in 2010 and we had filed ds230 back then, then rerogression occured. Do we need to fill ds260 form now? 2. Do we need to take fresh tax returns along with new co sponsor??

1. You don't have to fill out online DS260 form

2. Please keep handy fresh tax return in case counsate want it along with new co sponsor

BTW what is your Priority date and when you have received the interview letter and your interview date
