Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has

been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and

attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the

interview.

Now I'm still waiting for the interview letter, nothing yet : (

Go ahead and Call NVC...eventhough the wait time is more...You will end up with a date...Don't wait for an email...Based on the response from NVC, they have become more proactive in informing the Interview dates..

I am not sure how this is possible.. I called NVC last night and waited about an 1hr on hold.. Out of my 3 cases which have a PD of FEB 25, 2002 2 of them got dates for Jan 23 and Jan 27. The last case has no date yet.. How would march get and interview date before mine.

My Best Guess is the two administrative reforms(Recapturing of unused Visas & Counting of derivatives for Visa) will be part of the "Legislation for Immigration reform" from Republicans..We have to wait and watch...

As the wait time is more, it is better if you have someone call from within USA than from Peru..Just give ur Case Number and you might be lucky...

the visa bulletin did indicate the movement for 2 or 4 weeks; i guess is coming true. movement is even possible for more than 4 weeks if optimistic.
