thx so much everyone for the replies .................i so dont want to be left behind .............batman .......i dont know my USCIS recipt no ,....... i have just nvc case no ..............................the point is i wanted to send a letter to NVC with a copy of cspa calculation , 2 months before my birthday........

Till now no category have received IL so seems they have yet not started...may be today they will start...
