I applied for visit visa in sep 2005 my name was put in AP and I got visa after one year in sep 2006 then agiain I applied for visit visa in 2011 and I was given 5 years visa with in 2 days no AP. Now my priority date is about to become current so sny idea what will happen now I would be put in AP or not pl give opinion

We appreciate ur question...we all are like you waiting for answers....but we are neither the consul officers nor the peer sahib or soothsayer to predict the future events...We only hope for the best..With good statistical data and a curous mind, everyone ( Jolly786....) can only infer to some near approximation the next visa movement date in the next Visa Bulletin...Nothing Beyond..AP itself was 1 year once and 0 days after for you...so no logical connection...

There are number of CSPA Calculator available online...Search google with "CSPA Calculator" and it will ask some dates and will let you know whether u qualified or not.

As per my knowledge u will be easily qualified.

Approval date is your date "Printed on your approval notice"...now when ur priority becomes current question -> put date as 1 jan 2018...then go on and reduce that date to 1 jan 2017 and so on..so u will know the border date before u must be qualified...

so simple

see...u must know ur approval date in order to calculate ur cspa age...but ryt now u are below 21, therefore there is no meaning to calculate ur cspa age... cspa age is calculated only if u are above 21...

now, if u want to know ur approval date, then go to this link : https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

enter ur receipt number, and check ur status...they will show ur approval date...

and if u want to calculate ur cspa age after u cross 21 age, then go to this link : http://cspasolution.com/

u are lucky enough that ur fees have been paid and ur ds 260 has been submitted before u crossed 21...

now just wait till ur pd gets current...

thx so much everyone for the replies .................i so dont want to be left behind .............batman .......i dont know my USCIS recipt no ,....... i have just nvc case no ..............................the point is i wanted to send a letter to NVC with a copy of cspa calculation , 2 months before my birthday........

Dont get panic....NVC will not be able to do anything...first make sure u have ur all the data...and then check...first u need to help your self...

Anyone with any IL.. this is getting really tense as to why they have not sent any IL yet and its getting close to that time frame when the new Janurary PD is coming out.

Just wanted to see if anyone started recieving interview letters.. My PD is Feb 23, and the other 2 are 25th so wanted to see if anyone started getting and letters..did u check from NVC regarding interview date on phone?
