As of now the executive orders and the administration clarifications cannot be interpreted...You have to wait for sometime to get a clear picture from the Legal Experts and how it affects...Looks like the two major administrative reforms i was looking for is not visible...

this thing will go in cogress and last line is... Boost our economy and keep families together by simplifying our legal immigration process.

And it clearly means that. Eliminate brothers and sisters visas from quota.. and increase visa quota for green card holder spouses and children and increase visa for high skilled workers.. this is what they want.. because if they eliminate brothers and sisters than they save every year 65000 visas plus they will also save 2.4 million visas of pending cases as they will also eliminate it immediately as we know what were there plans last year. and its easy for them to use in employment and spouses.

But i think congress will not pass it. because for this purpose they also have to issue greencard to 13 million illegals..

Executive orders do not need any approval from congress.

Original issue is have this order any benefit for family based immigration or not? This is the main question.

In this exeuctive order... there is only temporary Fix for illegals means only temporary stay for 3 years. and for that they have to pay back taxes, fees and pass background checks.. So this is not greencard... and after 3 years than what.. maybe they get deported..

No one gets deported and why someone pays back tax. Would you pay it?

99% of them just going to say they didn't make any money and infact they will get $ back from IRS as some kind of credit.

Civilize country will go to drain when mass immigration happens without any planning.

More people will draw money from system then it is getting collected (via tax) and eventually it fails. People who is paying taxes will stop or start cheating as they sees and are smarter as well.

Just like any home budget. if you spending money more then you earning you will bound to fail.

Depends on the policy which will be made by the congress in future. as obama is only giving temporary stay for 3 years. Congress has the authority to give greencard to these illegals. so in future this issue will come to congress as immigration reform. and in immigration reform there is not only the issue of 11 million illegals. but also the issue like increasing visas for employment and high skilled workers and increasing visas for spouses and children of greencard holder.

But in this case F4 category will be eliminated as if u remember in last year immigration reform they were eliminating F4 category.. and some republicans were in favor to eliminate pending cases of F4 also as that will save more than 2.4 million greencard and logic is... no country except US is giving greencard to siblings.

But i m 101% sure that nothing will happen. Because immigration reform will go in congress and they cant give greencard to 11 million illegals. this is the bottom line. So nothing will happen in future.
