03/29/2014: Full Text of House Petition to Discharge Committees in Consideration of H.R. 15 Comprehensive Immigration Reform Legislation

  • H.R. 15 is sponsored by 200 members of the House including three Republications but this discharge petition was signed only by 171 House members. Passage of the discharge petition needs 218 votes of the members of the House. Please see the full text of the petition. Find out which members of your districts signed this petition.
  • Minnesota has eight members (5 Democrats and 3 Republicans). Four Democrats (Tim Walz, Betty McCollum, Keith Ellison, Richard Nolan) signed the petition and three Republicans (Erik Paulsen, John Kline, Michelle Bachmann) and one Democrat (Collin Peterson) did not sign it. The counts are 4:4.

Jolly does it mean that Comprehensive Immigration Reform is over now ?

Any IL received ?????????? at any forum ???????

looks like no movement because travel.state.gov already said that may vb will be coming soon and movement rarely happens after that.. :unsure: but i guess a 1 week movement this month and a 4 week movement the next month will be enough for getting JAN 02 VB

Cant really say "No Movement". The "Coming Soon" automatically changes on 1st of every month. It doesn't have to do anything with I/L letters.
