Neither of them. .It really needs more than a miracle to get the immigration move forward..Only the next president can think of...

In the present scenario..the house does not pass the senate bill...and congress will impeach the president if an executive order is given. ..it really needs lot of guts for the POTUS to go forward..

“Administrative orders that require us to grant immigration benefits to those who, under law, are not properly eligible” and “approval quotas placed on adjudicators that emphasizes clearing applications more than vetting them”

I think this in point no. 7 is for the legals waiting in line.

Every damn point is related to illegal immigration... It seems that they are encouraging illegal immigration !!
