When I check there opens a window saying "please follow the instructions you received from nvc. If you misplaced or did not receved anything please contact national visa center at ......

I've sent an email 3weeks ago but they have not replied yet. My pd:oct,2002

NVC reply email within 40 days.

Jolly...I have been reading your request for a while that please don't pay IV fees...I disagree with this...we small number of people on this forum cannot dictate speed of VB by delaying paying IV fee

My PD 31oct2002 ceac says your case not eligible yet

What is ur PD and any revert from nvc ..try calling them it will give u clarity quicker

Assuming that your pd is 12-20-2006, ur pd will get current after 10 years from today (if we assume average 15 days movement per month).

It might take more than 10 years if retrogression takes place inbetween and it might take less than 10 years if any sort of immigration reform is implemented...

This movement is totally unpredictable...

As there are 2.5 million cases pending in NVC and for every year visas are only 65000. So even if we cut highly retrogressed countries like mexico, phillipines or india and other countries but still 1.3 million cases pending in world wide categories.

So average time will reach more than 20 years for world wide cateogries. and i think your PD will get current in the year december 2027.

If someone is identified as TB patient. What is the fate of his immigration!!!!!!!

When a person is free from TB than only a person can apply for a visa. Thats y they take chest xray. Because TB is a communicable disease. My mother also had a same problem but still visa was issued to her after her new xray and reports.
