PD - May 16-2014 (My sister in law applied for my wife (F4) and we are the dependents)

Visited US 4 times in 2000/2001/2012.

Last Visa expired last month (5 years multiple B1/B2)

With above profile, applying again this month. My concern is that I130 petition will have negative impact on my application or not?

Well F3 moved only 7 days and F4 moved about 16 days. why F3 moved slower then F4?

Why you are so upset with F4 moving 18 days , F3 moved 4-6 weeks consistently last year. Be happy dude

it won't effect ur immigrant visa bcz my petition is of 1 april 2002 i recently came back from USA and while interview I informed visa officer that I have pending petition Edited October 10, 2014 by Jhamira

I think they are taking Turn by Turn...first F3 god movement whole year ...so now it's F4's turn

its says "At NVC" when i check my case status and if i try to fill ds-261 it gives me a summary that my case is not yet eligible for further processing.

When I check there opens a window saying "please follow the instructions you received from nvc. If you misplaced or did not receved anything please contact national visa center at ......
