I have two files, one for my sister one for my brother both was done on different month.

1st was on feb-2002, which I paid all fee and waiting sice 2010

2nd was on aug-2002 for with I just received a letter. here is what it looks like.

I just got off the phone with NVC. He said you should get visa call in three month.

Also I ask about new paper work and he said you might have to few i.e like police clearance etc..

And for second case Aug-2003 they says it will be less then year now.

As far I know NVC does not predict any future PD movement !! I am really surprised !!

And for second case Aug-2003 they says it will be less then year now.

I guess you are trying to say Aug 2002 and not 2003 beacuse I have PD of March 2003....I missed a heart beat there...

I guess you are trying to say Aug 2002 and not 2003 beacuse I have PD of March 2003....I missed a heart beat there...

yes 2002 that was my fat finger with some missing heart beat.

And no kidding when I ask him what is estimate he said it three moth or so.

Also for second case when I said it will be around year or so right? other side said probably faster.

But like everyone knows here their prediction is 70% wrong. HEHEHE

I have been to net for day to find out what this letter means. But didn't find any reference to it.

Finally NVC call made it clear that this is just formality letter telling us that visa is not available and you just wait till you get next paper work from them
