hi,

My elder brother is US citizen and wants to sponsor me under F4 category.

I want to know the whole procedure to submit application from Pakistan.

What documents are required from my side?

I think you cannot submit application in Pakistan. Ur brother is the one who will have to sponsor you by filing form I130 and paying the relevant fee. No documents required at the filing stage, as far as i know.

19/11 is two weeks , as VB declares dats like 1,8,15,22 only.... so if it's 19 it should be 22/11 which is two week...for three week the date should be 1/12

My brother filled I130 for me my pd is 21 Dec 2005 what's the approximate time left to be completed

Also I m a Canadian citizen and I have a u.s waiver approved for 5 years

If I want to study in usa am I able to apply for f1 visa if I have a approved u.s waiver i212

Help will be appreciated

Also if I apply for f1 can I apply inside usa or outside usa cuz I can go usa anytime if I go by border they will give me i94 for 6 months I m not sure If I can change the status while I m in usa I mean if I change b2 to f1 am I able to do that
