Assembling the I-129F - What I need from the foreign fiance.

Hello everyone,

Currently Putting together my I-I29F. I just wanted to double check with anyone who has put one together everything that the foreign fiance needs to send to me first before I can submit. According to the K1 guide here on Visa Journey I will need a

1) Original statement on intent to marry

2) G-325A filled out and signed

3) Passport type photo

......My fiance seems to think that websites in Chinese say that she should send me a photocopy of her birth certificate and photocopy of her passport (which she doesnt have yet) Are these two necessary for this step or is there anything else I have not mentioned?

If she has been married before or has had a name change, she needs to include those documents as well. Along with a divorce decree since she'd no longer be married anymore. I didn't include my fiance's birth cert or passport copies. Also, if she has some proof of you two meeting, then that would be great to send along also. Example: My fiance' and I went to a UK hockey game in Belfast when I was visiting. He sent me the ticket confirmation, and I also included the receipt for the jersey I bought there.
