Where? He has done nothing. Maybe the least effective leader in American history. Obamacare? That is a huge ripoff. They could have had single payer universal health care. They blew it.

So the Republicans are lying when they say he destroyed America? No panic over his plan to kill seniors now?

Why panic? CMS, if they go through with this and start rationing types of healthcare to seniors, will just give new life to the infamous, and supposedly debunked, Death Panels.

And if that gains traction, the Democrats can kiss goodbye to the Senate in November. The PPACA was already bad news for Democrat incumbents. The Employer Mandate farce was likely to make things worse, when predictions of 80+ million policy cancellations are being bandied about. This might just make things unrecoverable for the Democrats.

The PPACA was supposed to make healthcare affordable and save money, but it is doing neither. It has been a lost opportunity to make a real difference.

The death panels haven't materialized yet? That sucks!

So CMS is proposing to remove protected status under the Medicare Advantage program from certain classifications of prescription drugs, including immunosuppressants, antidepressants and antipsychotics.

The proposals are made under the guise of cost savings, but there appears to be bipartisan opinion that the opposite is actually the case and that this is just the beginning of the Federal Government's rationing of healthcare.

So, is it a cost saving exercise?

Or, is it all about control?

What rationing?

You can it seems still buy them.

Removing them from protected status under Medicare Advantage will make them unaffordable for many seniors, who rely on Medicare for their healthcare. :(

So not rationed, you can still buy them.

Hopefully a Mod will change the heading.

The heading is exactly the same as the quoted article, so it confirms to the ToS. But then if you had actually read the article, you would have known that. <_<

Quoting an error elsewhere bypasses the ToS?
