Not to mention, who would buy such a car? Teetotallers and Muslims?

Maybe the DMV should change the age limit for getting a drivers license to permit teens to drive. Maybe that will stop the teenagers from drinking and driving.

Even if they are good drivers? I know people who can drive better after twelve beers than most "sober" people in NYC.
