We filed my husbands i601 back on October 16 of 2013 we have not heard anything back from them. We filed through lock box in Nebraska. Any updates or approvals for this month? Im going crazy without my husband here

They are currently working July and August, not sure why that sentence you refer to always back dates 2 months but August 2 is the current priority date however ther are still people waiting from march - June also.

They are all being processed through Nebraska. There are a variety of months being processed. They are still working on some June, some July, some August and possibly some September now. But mostly July and August.

I just wish everyone gets aprrove i waited almoat 5 months to receive notice on my i601 and now. So happy i get to be woth my husband and two daughter my youngest will turn 3 on the 8th and im just proud i can be with her to celebrate good luck to all

omg reading this makes me a little less anxious, i mailed out my husbands i 601 back in december 2013 and we still have not heard anything from them. it sucks that they are taking soo long. but hopefully the wait will pay off and our waiver gets approved.

Mine only just got approved a couple days ago with a 7/29 priority date. Take away 30 days for an RFE and that's still 6 ish months processing time. Hang in there.
