So, I posted over a week ago, about my experience with a representative at NVC that he was very rude to me, two days later I went to Office of Representative in my area and told me about my experience, that office was always a help to me and gave me update about my case all the time.
So after that conversation, I did not have any confirmation of what they will do, my main focus was just to inform them about how crappy NVC reps treat us. Ever since I talk to reps; they were REALLY nice, that many times I checked the number I dialed to make sure that I didn't call a different number, not only nice, but they actually explain to me why it's not received yet; they close by is there anything else we can assist you with and make sure to call us again if you need to know anything, and we apology for the long wait ... I was like WHAT my mouth was widely open I couldn't believe, and I said to myself this is what really a customer service, and the lady was very friendly, as usually I kept calling every day, and the same scenario not a person was rude to me. I am glad that finally they take ownership, and treat us the way we should, also I hope that they will expedite their processes.

I am not sure if the Congress man I talked to; did something or they just had a lot of complaints, anyway I am happy with the result.
