Hi Everyone:

Does anyone know the accurate of VJ Processing Estimates/Stats

Mine is:

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between April 9, 2014 and June 26, 2014*.

Dont know if it is accurate or not.

Hope you can tell me.

-October 15 2013- Sent I-130
-October 18, 2013- NOA1 E-notification received.
-October 25, 2013- NOA1 hard copy received. Processing at NBC.
-March 07, 2014- Case was transferred to CSC.
-March 14, 2014- Transfer notice hard copy received (CSC).
-March 18, 2014- I-130 was approved!!!

NVC:

-March 27, 2014- NVC received
-April 28, 2014- Case# and IIN assigned
-May 02, 2014- DS-261 submitted online

-May 04, 2014- ENROLL email sent

-May 09, 2014- pay AOS and IV fees

-May 12, 2014- 88$,230$ shows paid

-May 12, 2014- DS-260 available

-May 14 2014- DS-260 completed

It's an estimation based on a trend analysis of timeline historical data. It is accurate to a degree in an ideal situation but there are outliers like RFEs, case load at local processing office etc that could change the estimate.

Hello everyone! Here you have what my timeline show me everydays:

"There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-130 will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals."

This mean there is too much process to give me an average time ? Or just the system is not upgrade or just useless .... Thank you!

Medical app. Date feb. 1st 2016
