Please advice me or clarify things that is questioned or if there's anything needed that I haven't mentioned. Your response will be greatly appreciated. ?

1. Ds160, Interview Receipt and appointment letter

2. Letter of intent, affidavit of support

3. Itr 2012, w2 2012, bank statements

(my ITR and W2 are only 2012 will that be ok?)

4. Passport, picture

( do I need to bring pictures, ? How many?)

5. Cenomar, Nso birth certificate, Nbi clearance.

( purpose for travel in NBI clearance is travel abroad not For US visa will that be fine? )

6. SLMEC medical results

( will I have to bring these too?)

7. Evidences of ongoing relationship

- remittances

- gifts

- messages like skype, SMS etc. ( how many pages does the embassy needs?, will it be from start to present?)

- travels together. ( is tickets and boarding pass all photocopied, will that be fine?)

- pictures. ( how many pictures do they exactly need? Is there specifications?)

Others: I-129f packet and embassy letters. (Will bringing these will be necessary?)

Thank you... More power to everyone and goodluck to everyone's visa journey! ????

USEM K-1 Visa Interview

1. DS-160 submitted online prior to interview. Bring a copy of your confirmation page.

5. Original copy of I-134

6. Original or copy of W-2

7. Printed Form 1040 (Until you submit 2013 then 2012 is fine)

8. Employment letter

9. Pay stubs - prior 6 months

10. Bank account statement

11. 2x2 visa photos (3 pieces)

12. Original NSO birth certificate

13. Original NSO CENOMAR

14. Original NBI clearance (words to the effect "Travel to USA") Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name and any aliases or nicknames used, including different spellings you have used of those names. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of "No criminal record" or "No pending case". For immigration purposes, an NBI clearance is valid for one (1) year from the date it was issued. To be valid NBI clearance should be printed on green paper.

15. Original or photocopy of Appointment letter

16. Original or photocopy of USEM letter

17. Original Letter of Intent to Marry

18. Proof of ongoing relationship (pictures, receipts and internet conversations) Don't go overboard with submission as they are only interested if you have a relationship. We printed up 4 pages of 4 pictures on each page and that was sufficient.

19. Passport - Make sure it is not going to expire soon. Good rule of thumb is if it is a year or more left on your current passport your good to go.

20. Photocopy of Biographic page of passport

The USEM interview preparations schedule is all they are looking for. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/325288/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_updated%2004%20Feb%202014_.pdf

Good luck. Remain calm, the CO's are human and will treat you with respect. Look them in the eye and answer their questions with confidence. If you know your petitioner well you should have no problems.

I attended the interview with my wife (fiancé at the time) and when the CO's from the Filipino side and US side acknowledge my presence then there were no questions asked concerning our relationship.

It's hard to say what they will ask, as I have read many USEM interview results here on VJ and each were asked different questions. If you passed your CFO, then you will find this interview a "walk in the park" for ease. Again, relax..... look the CO in the eye and answer their questions with confidence. Also, be prepared with your documents as this is how they will judge you. Documents in order the fewer questions you will receive.

Always be truthful. Don't try and hide anything from them as they are professionals who can spot a scam or inconsistencies in your answers.

Good luck
