hi

plus mostly the cases are reviewed or can be reviewed by a supervisor who makes the final decision

so you have to consider staff IO and video or tapes, and your file is stored at immigration for life

so some confidentiality yes

Ok thanks. I was curious if for example future employer wants to find out more about me if he can access these type of records. Its just curiousity what kind of records are public from immigration proces

The interview is between you and the US government (not only USCIS). The US government will provide minimal data if they need to verify information you provided. (i.e. You state you two live together. The US government. Can contact the landlord from the information you provided to verify both of you live there together.)

Your immigration record is protected by privacy laws. It's not going to be given to private 3rd parties like your employer.

Want proof? Have your husband call to ask about your I-485. You are the applicant. USCIS will not discuss it with him unless you give USCIS permission to discuss it with him.
