Our k-1 and k-2 VISA problems !

Hello ,
My name is Rick any help I can get here would be great . Ok in 2009 I brought my wife -K1 and her baby girl -k2 to the U.S. on nov. 22nd we were married on dec. 15th within the 90 days time limit . I was going to adjust their status but I lost my job right before christmas and then the baby came 1-27-2010 so I did not have the money to file the papers in time , now with this bad job market we are in I don't make enough to show that I can support them just a little short . I am a good guy but on top of all of this I got a D.U.I. though I did not hurt anyone it still got me a felony . So now I am on probation and quit drinking altogether !

Any thoughts ? I need a Lawyer if any out there !

Can you please give us some advice?

The first question is about how to fill out question 3 from the I 129-F form. It asks for an alien registration (A-number). Where do we get this number?

The second question is about the filing location address in the cover letter.

We plan to get married in Boston, Massachusetts. Where is our filing location? We think it is in Vermont but we aren't sure.

The other question is about the fiancé letter of intent. Should we write the address of the embassy of the beneficiary, or the US Department of Homeland Security?

Also, is it necessary to attach official proof that same-sex marriage is legal in Massachusetts? We already have a CNN article printed out - is this appropriate?

And finally, is it possible to send the I 129- F packet from Honduras?

Is it possible to use a money order from Honduras to pay the I 129-F fee through Western Union?
