I'm using the old style form, since I really don't want to subject myself to an additional 10 pages if I don't need to!

Scenario is: got a photo enforcement speeding ticket April 2011 for going 11mph over posted. Did traffic school, charges were dismissed. So I answered

15) ever committed for which you were not arrested - yes

16) ever been .... by any law enforcement - no

17) ever been charged with committing any crime - yes

18) ever been convicted of a crime - no

Additional Info looks like:

Cited - Traffic Violation 04/xx/2011 Tucson, AZ, USA Charge Dismissed

Does that look right?

Confused. Isn't there only one acceptable N-400 form? Date 9/13/13 N

What is an "old style form"?

A new edition came out a few weeks ago but USCIS will still accept the old one until May 5th. Since the new form is longer and more annoying, you can just use the old version.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport
