Waiting for my Biometrics Appointment!

Hello Everyone,

I received my appointment for my Adjustment of Status for next Tuesday.

However, I have not done my biometrics. Does this mean I will be waived for them?

Or will I have them done after or before my interview (the district office where my interview is going to be in San Bernardino so I don't know whether they take fingerprints there of not)

thanks for your help.

They won't be waived. Your IO will find out that they don't have your biometrics and will make a same day appointment for you. They may do it right at their local office, or you may go to an ASC somewhere - they'll tell you.

I had the same problem, however, they found out they didn't have my bios 2 weeks before the interview, and sent me the appointment letter.

You'll be fine - they will take your fingerprints anyway :)

Good luck! :)
