I got impatient and rescheduled to a May 6 appointment, 2 days from our original appointment which is may 8. Lol. this means, I can only cancel once now for free?

Yup, you burned up one of only two times you are allowed to reschedule without penalty.

I got March 26th! Praise God. I was too nervous, I was shaking the whole time I was trying to schedule. There are slots left for March 25th too. Go ahead and grab it!

How did u do that? Did you take your chance and tried to cancel your original date without knowing if there is really an earlier date available? I"m afraid to reschedule it because I can't see the blue box on the left side that shows the earliest date available.

@lalabobe Just keep on checking, you will see the blue box on the side showing the available dates. It's just a quick process, soon you see dates you wanted or closer or earlier than you have then just reschedule your appointment but before that you have to cancel your appointment and grab the date available.

Good luck! :)

Oh I see! Anyways, are you in the Philippines? Bit confused about that LOL

About the Medical, can't be done in 1day..On our first day, I got my blood test, urine and X-ray done then my daughter had hee skin test then the doctor told us to come back on Wednesday to have our immunization. Then after our immunization, we waited for the releasing and done! So, it takes 2days. Passed!

Yup, the same thing happened to me.

I originally had a May 5th date.

While my fiance was completing her medical exam last week (3 days after she paid the visa fee) we were texting each other about the medical. It was around 2:30 pm Manila time (1:30 am eastern time) and I was just checking dates on the interview scheduler site.

May 12 showed up. Then May 18 showed up. Then March 12 showed up.

When I saw that March 12 date, I literally froze up, I almost didn't know how to use the computer again.

However, I was able to compose myself and got the March 12th date!

I was so psyched that I had to pinch myself and looked a couple times to see if I really got March 12th!!

We were only able to do that because my fiance and I set everything up so that everything would be ready if we were able to get an earlier date. She did a WHOLE LOT ahead of time. She got her NBI and CENOMAR before we even got our visa # from NVC. Then, she paid the fee as soon as she could from getting the visa #. Finally, she got her medical done pretty soon after paying the visa fee. For me, I made sure my taxes were all in order and I mailed all the forms to her, such as I-134 and Statement of Re-Intent to Marry as soon as she paid the visa fee. It took about 4 days by FedEx to get to her.

If you and your fiance can really get things done quickly, a much earlier interview date is possible.

Not entirely true. My fiance showed up really early and got everything done in one day, including her immunizations.

The nurse just asked if she wanted to wait for the results of her tests and stated that if everything was clear, the immunizations could be administered after the results. She had to wait about 2 hours for the results then when clear, got her immunizations done that same day

@gwapowhatever LOL Yep, I agree! My medical could be done in one day, it's just that I have to wait and accompany my daughter with her immunization, so the doctor advise us to do it together at the same time.
