My wife and I have file the I 130 since december 2013 and have gotten our NOA1. My questions is now what's next ? And when we get approve for the I-130 do we still pay any fees for the next stage? Pls fill us in on the next procedure???

Is it the petitioner that will pay for the visa right after NOA2 in the USA or that is when the beneficiary that will when it time for interview?
