Hi !

I am filling out the I-131, Application for Travel Document, what am I supposed to write on Part 3. Processing information : 1.Date of Intended Departure and 2.Expected Length of Trip??

you answer both questions truthfully and to the best of your ability. when do you plan to travel, and for how long?

In my case, I myself wasn't sure exactly when I was going to use AP, so I put "mid-May" and "approximately 1 week to 10 days" .

Which one do you check for Application type?

A,B,C,D,E Or E.

I feel it should Be A or D. But I don't want to make a mistake and select the wrong one.
