NOA2 Receive what next??

Hello JV's members,

I need help again and advice what i need to do next.

We just receive a notification from NVC today that our application is approved and they forwarding to the US Embassy in Philippines all our document.

Right now im still in Malaysia (working) and i want to know if i need to go back in Philippines as so as possible? And what i need to do next? I read in the letter that i need to fill up the Form DS 160, did i need to download now and fill up this Form even not yet receiving the Document from US Embassy? or just wait the package??

You dont have to do the DS 160 right away. You can do it right before your interview date. I still haven't completed mine and my interview is in a couple of weeks.

You will need an electronic photo with at least 600 pixels to upload with your DS160 application. We had one made that had 300 pixels and had to get another one. Don't forget to print off the confirmation page of the DS 160. The DS 160 took us about an hour to complete.

If you petition file is headed to Manila and you have your MNL # you best get your butt there too!

Oh thanks for the info. Now I'm starting to download the DS 160, one question more how I know that the document from NVC is already in Philippines? A bit confuse coz I read in the notification the embassy or consulate will contact me. I want to know if the embassy will SMS me or they call me?

Here's what you should do. Do you have your MNL# from NVC? If Yes, you should go and pay your visa fee at BPI right away so you can schedule your interview. You can do the DS 169 anytime you want, you dont have to wait for the embassy package. I received the package two months after i got my MNL#.

hi i want to ask, my friend told me i need to do first is medical before interview, now im confuse again, how can i schedule my medical? what document i need prepare to schedule my medical in St. Luke?
