I-693 for AOS

Agreed, Hank! good.gif No required vaccination is skipped. It's not filling up a vaccination info properly, apparently something that they have been doing for atleast 4 years based from all that I have been reading. Now, I'm sure USEM guys are well-informed about this. But new USCIS adjudicators, I highly doubt so. I don't want to misjudge them, but you might understand my feeling of uncertainty.

Attaching the I-485 instructions, page 4 is a great idea! yes.gif

There's no logical reason why the rotavirus row be left blank in a DS-3025. Unless anybody can think of one, I still believe it's a very serious non-conformance to USEM standards/ guidelines.

Since the person's date of birth is on the DS-3025, maybe they thought it would be obvious that the person was over 59 months old.

Please don't make me dig out Chinook's DS-3025 to see if that box was checked! lol

Seriously, your chances of getting an RFE for an I-693 is almost nonexistent.

So Tahoma, are you saying that NOT filing a I-693 would not get one a RFE?

For me, I like Hank's suggestion but this is again another one of those "how do I comply with all requirements, those that are printed, and those that are in the authorities heads that we may not know" to insure that we past and do not get hit with an RFE.

Or you could end up like me and they "lost" my entire medical and asked me to send a new one! ranting33va.gif

Hope it doesn't happen to you. Goodluck! Just file it without the I-693. Worst that can happen is a (rare) chance for a RFE, it won't be the end of the world. I got my GC 3 weeks after sending out my RFE. Still got my GC in 3 months from filing.

Ouch, Que horror! ohmy.png I wish that doesn't happen to anyone again! It's every AOS-filer's nightmare! Thanks for sharing, sis. My husband is also fond of saying "the worst that could happen is ... and it won't be the end of the world", and somehow you helped relax my tension-filled and over-analytical mood in this AOS filing. smile.png

AOS is pretty stressful, but once you get past that step it will be a whole lot easier. ROC is a piece of cake, and N-4OO isnt too bad. To me, the K1 and AOS are the worst stages. Enjoy the 2 years off :)
