I feel for ya, things coming in 3s - last month, my father had an ischemic stroke, rode around on a helicopter with TPA in his system (thank the Gods) and I was at his side during the recovery. That was lunchtime on the 5th, hit the hospital in Houston. My wife immigrated into Houston on the 6th. Then on the 7th we had some other crazy stuff go down that I won't mention here.

Dad's recovered, we're all fine, but SHEESH ! No sleep for me for about 72 hours. Still, not the same stuff as you, but I can feel yer pain...

If yer lass isn't being coached, then she's being exceptionally recalcitrant to do the things you've told her to do, and it shows. Sure, time for CRBA, but you'll also need to chase an EXIT stamp with the Manila authorities (and I betcha she not do any research on this, either).

Who knows? you might get some speed on the CRBA thingie, showing up in person and asking for expedited service, but

without her having the visa already on her, something is massively amiss. Whatever yer budget is? Triple it, bring cash.
