P4 email in hand, traveldocs paid - and what exactly to bring to the interview

My fiancee and I are at the stage of 'received email for P4' - now what. Advice is appreciated here.

What we think / understand:

The new K1 form on Traveldocs indicates a list of items (cover page of DS 160, passports, photos, etc.) - the link found here

We have collected nearly all of the items, and she is preparing to schedule the medical.

The question I reached this morning after re-reading the website (and the forums here) - is there something we send back now - or does it all get collected and taken with to GZ.

Any advice you can afford is appreciated.

You collect all the documentation in the P4 and bring it with you. No need to send anything back. You're free to schedule your interview on USTraveldocs.com

You don't need to schedule a medical. You can walk in the day before the interview in the morning and then get your results in the afternoon.

So you are saying that you don't need to schedule an exam. What do you need to bring to the doctor's office with you. I read something about 5 pictures and passport and shot records etc etc.
