Proof of Ongiong relationship

Needing a little help here of proof of ongoing relationship. Do I need to show proof of when we start or after we met in person?As others stated before me and my fiancee mostly use emails, skype, viber, and gchat. That's a lot to copy from the beginning. I have already visited her in the Philippines have all the reciepts and plane tickets. I have already copied about 10 pages of chat logs with call logs on them before I flew over how much more would I need?

They barely looked at our pictures and ignored the hundred pages of chat logs for the interview. We really over did it with proof but it made us feel comfortable for our application and interview.

So do I need to go when we first met and months following cause I pretty much got 50 pages now just alone in viber including the some of the month before and before I left and a month after that is just viber alone...been trying to skip days or does that really matter...a few from each month different days...cause the rate I'm going I'll be writing a noval :-\. I would have to go back to september 2012
