Thank You AI you really such a big help. I got request form from USEM window 38 yesterday, i went to local police station to get my fingerprint done but they made me wait for four hours saying their Sargent isn't back yet, or maybe they are waiting for me to give them money to do it :(

The officer may not know what to do and wants to clear it with his sergeant before he approves it. I don't think they are looking for bribes.

Candy is still in HK so she went right there. But she needed prints for Singapore as well, which HK did no questions asked for the standard fee (five bucks or so I think).
