I have received following mail... What does it mean? Where exactly our case stands? How much approximate time it takes from here? Can anyone tell me?

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN


Your Case Status: Initial Review


On February 20, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appropriate appellate body for review. They will notify you directly when they make a final decision.

I am so confused. You entered on a K-1 visa so why or for whom have you filed an I-130?

Its my 2nd marriage. This I-130 for our son...( my husband's son from his previous marriage)
