Just don't get it- I do think it's a genetic defect (why else do we have a pole and hole?- complimentary-please, I'm not talking about the #######) and I do think it can be cured, or corrected. The time it needs to be corrected is either in the womb or shortly after birth.

Is all sex procreative? Do all long-term relationships lead to children? Also, with a world population of 6-billion-or-so people, I think human beings are safely off the endangered species list.

Yes, we recreate in having sex too but ultimately, in nature, the pupose of engaing in intercourse (with the opposite sex) is to procreate, and recreate at the same time; studying the animal kingdom has taught us so....

The worlds population has little or nothing to do with the topic at hand.

Endangered species list, or our population explosion has nothing to do with the way we are genetically "wired"..........

I think bigot is too strong a word, tho. I say I'm just not pc. I'm increasingly tired of how some politically correct media message gets buzzed into your daily life, then, you're judgmental and prejudice if you don't buy into it. It's like the groupthink reality of the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"; you're not allowed to have a non-conformist thought, but ironically, it's the "liberals" who are the real conformists.

And yes, you can think like I do and have gay friends. I make it clear I'm not talking gay politics or about their sex lives nor mine. If they can do that, we're cool.

From a purely biological point of view the purpose of sex is procreation, so homosexuality would have no biological purpose and could therefore be assumed to be some sort of abnormality or aberration. The fact that we all don't need to reproduce to keep the species going doesn't change that.
