I need to give him proof that I'm a USC? shouldn't they already know that since I filed & it should be established when we *ever* get the noa2?

Julie- There's a London embassy forum that will have specifics. London doesn't ask too much of people, just some W2/tax return/tax transcript, mandatory forms, and not much else. I think other people may have a different experience though. Here's the link to London K-1 Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

I don't think they really ask so much there as UK isn't a high-fraud area.

Someone helps me understand this, I just came across this post:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/506790-tsc-apprvoval/?p=7141909

Another TSC approved today, yaaay for that, and I congrats her and everything, but look at the NOA1, it's dated in April. Not fair.

Don't want to be mean, but this is really unfair. Why January fillers have to wait?

And I don't understand why but they still expedite for Phillipines. I just saw another TSC approval, they apparently filed in May and the beneficiary is from Philippines. I thought that was removed like a month ago or maybe even more.

Certain areas are still under expedite status. Will be for a while probably too.

Just hang in there guys, i know how hard it is. If you havent written your senators yet, then i suggest doing so. If you are outside your wait time then they will definitely look into your case for you.

Woo, good. I've looked over that guide a dozen times & I thought I had everything gathered that I can at this point. I'm gonna provide him with some evidence of our relationship, though I figured they won't even look. I'm just hoping that if the noa2 is delayed, the interview doesn't take long to be scheduled...but London seems to take around 2 months...

I am the petitioner.

I contacted 2 senators, 3 congressman, bunch of representative, no one even bothered to reply back, I think they see the subjecl line that says Regarding Immigration and they just ignore them lol. What an awesome system we have.

What states? Have you followed up with them? Did you send in a authorization waiver signed giving them the ability to access your case with USCIS?

You cant just send things in and then hope they get back to you, have to stay on top of them. Call them back, email them. Make them understand how bad you want this and let them know that you are a voter which gives the senators incentive to help you out.

Philadelphia, PA. and I didn't send authorization waive. I just sent emails/letters asking them to help, and I was expecting them to reply back and ask for authorization form if they can help. I thought that's how it goes. But you are right, I should call their office and follow up that way. Thanks.

Not exactly, you have to be aggressive. Usually senators have a section on their website for issues they can help with...

I couldn't find Bob Casey's privacy release form, but I did find Pat Toomeys! http://www.toomey.senate.gov/pdf/privacyrelease.pdf

Fax it back with a copy of your NOA1 and a letter (if you wrote one, I highly suggest you do), then call like an hour later!

morx61, you need to call them. There are people in the offices who specifically deal with immigration-related concerns (even here in teeny tiny Rochester, NY there's a dedicated person). Call. Seriously. Sending form letters or whatever, don't do it. Just call them. They work for you!

Call everyday until they call you back!

Yeah go to their websites and look for the authorization forms that they need signed so they can work on your case. Usually they want these faxed to them but some offices will let you scan and email them.

I had to stay on top of John Cornyn and Ted Cruz of Texas.. I called them and made sure they got my information, my signed authorizations, if they had started on my case etc.

By the end of it they wanted to get me approved just so I would stop calling them probably. I also wrote in my letters to them about what they stood for and upcoming elections and how i am an avid voter etc.

After waiting 5 or 6 months everyone should have the right to be approved.. I just want to see you guys get what you deserve. I waited almost 6 months and I am starting to feel pretty lucky i only had to wait that long.

Feel free to PM me for any help or questions!
