Wow! Congratulations to everyone with NOA2!! Usually this thread is where I come to moan, be horrified about other people's bad experiences and bask in the warm communal feeling of all being angry about something together  But now it's a happy thread! This just made my day! I'm so thrilled for everyone who got approved :D #bringitonTSC

P.S. Small update: we sent our info to senator Menendez of NJ and within MINUTES of receiving it they had filed an inquiry with the USCIS! Oh happy day, someone who cares ^_^

Hello All,

Just joined today, but my fiancé and I have been

checking this website at least twice a day!!! Let alone we visit USCIS site to check the status of our case. It's been quite a LONG draining journey!!! We are getting so close to our wedding date and we still didn't receive our NOA2. Keeping our fingers crossed, hope to hear soon!!! Glad to see they started approving people who filed in Jan. :)))). Below is what we received via

Email when we placed an inquiry July 1st. Anyone got anything similar?!

On 07/01/2014 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Your USCIS Account Number (A-number):

I been away for a few days, but congrats to all who got approved. I am glad to see everyone is moving along finally.

To that one person that asked how I put in a service request. I put it in before they change the processing time.

I called my senator and he was willing to speak on my behalf but he told me that its really just tracking information that they get

they find out where in the line our petition is and report that back to us - they said they cant make it move any faster - did anyone

else get this response ? i feel like some people are suggesting that senator speed up the process? Maybe I need to request something different ?

Congrats to everyone who got approved!!!! I hope that means more and more january approvals are on the way

Well, I did get a reply (of sorts from the TSC) today asking for a RFE..Initial Evidence..I have no idea what they would want MORE!! The application was over 1.5 inches thick with letters, photos, affidavits of intent to marry,ID copies, birth certs, etc..

Only thing I can think of is I omitted the death certificate of my deseased partner and the Domestic Partnership Certificate but that was before we had any marriage in the State...so no idea!!

Anyone has any input?

If I recall correctly, the hard copy of your RFE which should come in the mail soon will indicate what you need to provide them. Was the reply from them just an email for now?

I contacted and had a reply from the senior person Donald Neufeld of the USCIS processing offices. I have copied and pasted the email I sent and received below.

I was really impressed that the reply came within 24 Hours..............................................

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THIS IS WHAT I SENT....................................

Dear Sir,

Could you advise me how to put in an official complaint relating to the imbalance of processing times between the different USCIS Service Centres?

I am a British Citizen marrying an American Citizen and feel that I am being discriminated against based on my country of origin and the location where I wish to live in within the USA. I am a hard working, law abiding university graduate and I am totally dissatisfied with the level of service I am receiving.

I look forward to your comments on my individual case.

Kindest regards

Richard Trent BEng

THIS WAS HIS REPLY...............................................

Dear Sir,

I assure you there is no malfeasance behind the processing time differences at our Service Centers. However, information on how to report USCIS misconduct is available here.

Our goal is to provide consistent processing times across all our facilities. However, in processing over 4 million cases annually at all four centers there are numerous factors that can impact our ability to deliver on that goal. Unfortunately, the Texas Service Center (TSC) has developed a small backlog in handling I-129F fiancé petitions. We are aware of this and are working diligently to address the delay. If the petition filed on your behalf has been pending longer than the posted TSC processing time, the petitioner may submit an e-request. Information on e-requests and other case status information is available here.

Sincerely,

Donald Neufeld
