HI all,

Can anybody answer this question for me???

Is there a point at which my Police Certificate can be out of date? I had my NOA1 on the 30th January and the certificate is dated 17th January?

Does this point relate to any other documents.

Regards

Rich

I think the date u got the certificate doesn't matter in relation to ur NOA as long as by ur interview the police certificate is not older than 6 months from what I recall...

Finger print check ?? Why ?

It's just for the Australian police check, I don't think the UK one requires finderprints. As to why, that's a very good question.

Hi Guys! Been lurking around here for a while - I got our NOA1 on Jan 14, however USCIS has the following on their site:

On January 16, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Does anyone know what is means??

Thanks

Their case was originally reviewed on 3/12 when the RFE was sent. If not for the RFE, i assume that they would have been approved on 3/12. So while I also hope it is good news for us - I feel like we should have been seeing more approvals since 3/12 if that was really the case.

i don't mean to be a downer (it's great news when anyone from TSC who gets approved!!!)...maybe i'm just trying to prepare myself for another two months of waiting... :)

I find that it's best to check in the evening, like 11pm or so, most updates show up by then.

I'm getting a little worried too, it looks like the approvals really died down this week :(

I sometimes think that people from TSC aren't updating timely because the wait between NOA1 and NOA2 is longer. Igor's list for CSC seems to always have recent updates - but most of those are being approved in 1-2 months compared to 3-5 months for TSC.
