I received my NOA1 on 30th January and so far still nothing. I understand how frustrating and annoying it is but WE are all in the same position and being angry on here isn't really solving the problem. Vent your anger at the processing office either by using a Congressman, Senator, Immigration Attorney or even your USC. If we all pull in the same direction then it will have a bigger impact. Think of it as trying to push a bus. One person has no chance but several will do it.

In my case, I have so far had a reply from the Congressman dated 18th June saying that I should expect a decision in 30 days, I have had my attorney tell me my file was with an adjudicator over two weeks ago and I also put in an e request for beyond processing time on 2nd July and yet still nothing.

I have been living out of luggage, and I mean literally luggage you can take on an aircraft since 2nd January and been waiting and waiting and waiting.

The good news is that you will all be approved..........yes the wait is driving us all nuts but it will happen.

In the meantime there is Skype, email, telephone and text. Some are free.....some are not.....but if your relationship is solid then you all have nothing to fear. Yes it's a pain in the bum being apart but look on the positive side.....you can spend your time planning to be the best wife or husband ever.

Best wishes.

Rich

I know what all of you are feeling who have not gotten NOA2 yet. When my fiance and I filed our petition we got an RFE and were so disappointed. But trust me, it is worth the wait. Your time will come!

. You have no idea of what we are going through. This waiting is affecting our psychology, our relationship, our total health overall. So, you have no idea at all.

Hey guys. Just got my NOA2!

I got no email, no text message. It just came in the mail (snail mail) today. Approved on July 8th, 2014.

I did nothing special. No calls to senators or congressman. I did put in a service request though, but when I got a reply, it said nothing relevant. I wish you all the best in your wait. I know it can be tough.

Congrats !

I got my Noa1 on 21jan2014, and since then I haven't received anything also my file has never been touched since that day. I start to worry about my application, I did submitted the E request and said I will get a reply before 2august2014. I did call the ucsis and they said they are processing 13thdec filers. I am hesitated to read other forums which people filed after January, I am sad to see those people got approval earlier than us and already started planning their wedding ..... Family and friends keep asking me when I will leave the county, when my wedding will be. I can just tell them I don't have the exact date, I really don't know my future. I feel so frustrated. Now I also start to worry about my life after entering US, working visa, aso..... would be also involved a lot of waiting time. I really miss my fiance, i hope this long time be apart from each other would be the only biggest challenge of our relationship. Thanks to whatsapp and FaceTime which could make us keep connected with each other every second everyday.

Hey. I know exactly what you are going through. I also started to give up hope, but don't. Your time is just around the corner. I don't know exactly what your age situation is, but my fiance and I are both young (in our early 20's). My fiance does not know english well and I am just starting my career. To make the time go faster, we put all of our time and focus on tasks like for her learning english and for me focusing on my job.

Family asks the same question to us, but we tell them that the process is not fixed and the time depends. We also passed the time by planning our wedding. Aside from dates, you can do lots of planning like location, people, songs detail, dress choosing, etc.

It's frustrating I know, but if you just shift your focus to something else, the time will fly by and that approval will come in no time. I am rooting for your NOA2. It's just around the corner. Don't lose hope!
