so if we filed at the end of january, we still have at least 30 days of waiting?!

Likely :( We filed January 13th and still nothing. They're rejecting all of our service requests too.. <_<

27 Mar '09: Met at work in Holland and started dating.

30 Nov '13: Got engaged in Scotland!

10 Jan '14: Sent I-129F package to Dallas Lockbox.

22 Jan '14: NOA1 received.

29 Jun '14: Congressman Lobiondo inquired at TSC about our case.

16 Jul '14: Senator Menendez inquired at TSC about our case.

21 Jul '14: NOA2 approved!! (180 days)

23 Jul '14: Case sent to NVC.

01 Aug '14: Received NVC case number.

07 Aug '14: Case sent to Dutch consulate.

13 Aug '14: Packet 3 received, completed the DS-160 form.

15 Aug '14: Sent Packet 3 back to the consulate.

21 Aug '14: Packet 4 received with interview date.

02 Sep '14: Medical examination.

16 Sep '14: Interview --> APPROVED!!

20 Sep '14: Passport with visa returned.

12 Oct '14: POE, entered the USA!

14 Nov '14: Married! <3

24 Dec '14: Filed AOS/EAD.

31 Dec '14: AOS/EAD NOA1's received.

29 Jan '15: AOS RFE received for 2014 tax return.

23 Feb '15: AOS RFE response sent.

13 Mar '15: EAD RFE received for legal married name affidavit.

17 Mar '15: EAD RFE response sent.

29 Apr '15: Filed InfoPass to find out why I still didn't get biometrics appt.

06 May '15: Biometrics appointment.

14 May '15: Received EAD (finally!)

22 July '15: Interview waived.

08 Sep '15: Got my Green Card!

My fiancee called them yesterday and was told they are still on december 17th which we know to be a lie, she got through to a tier 2 officer after over an hour wait and although the woman was friendly she said we couldnt put in a service request for us and there was basically nothing else we could do at this point. she mentioned that whoever is assigned to our case has 35 days left to process it so i guess after that time (august 15th) we can put in a request and then it will still take up to 30 days for any kind of response, this is just sickening news

2nd trip, Got engaged! on New Years Eve in Maine, USA - 26th December 2013 to 14th January 2014

Mailed I-129F K1 Packet - 17th January 2014

NOA1 text message [TSC] - 24th January 2014

Alien Reg Number changed - 27th January 2014

NOA1 hardcopy - 1st February 2014

Tiffany visited me in England - 25th April 2014 - 10th May 2014

NOA2 text/email - 24th July 2014 (181 days to approval)

3rd visit to Maine - 21st August to 6th September 2014

Medical - 11th September 2014

Interview (APPROVED) - 4th november 2014 (291 days since mailing i-129f)

Tiffany's 2nd trip to England right after my interview! - 7th November - 18th November 2014

where do you put in a service request? is that by phone ?

you can't make a service request if you are still in the processing time, Look at me, Over 6 months and still can't do one ...

We tried both phone and online: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

Guess we'll just wait till 7 months and try again :(

It is horrible, and not much to do about it unfortunately. I have one congressman involved and sent our case to two senators today too. I hope they can help us! It's worth a shot :hehe:

I know what all of you are feeling who have not gotten NOA2 yet. When my fiance and I filed our petition we got an RFE and were so disappointed. But trust me, it is worth the wait. Your time will come!

April 24, 2014 - NOA1 received via email/text

I know what all of you are feeling who have not gotten NOA2 yet. When my fiance and I filed our petition we got an RFE and were so disappointed. But trust me, it is worth the wait. Your time will come!

I am not being rude but, you do not need to brag on every month that you have gotten your NOA2. You have it now so be it. Worry about the rest of your journey. As you can see... people are very ang4y and upset with this news. Not being rude. Lol! Just be considerate for others. And yes you can post about your journey, But I've seen you on many many threads and creating your own topics. :)
