A May filer was approved on TSC, I've read it on May filers topic and he/she is sure they're from TSC. It's so unfair that you guys are waiting and someone from May gets approved. I don't know what's going on with TSC anymore...

if we are talking about the same person, he/she is from the Philippines. maybe that makes a difference?

guys, guys. we all know how long TSC takes to do stuff so unless this process was decided to be removed 2 years ago, some of the adjudicators may have not gotten the memo

Hey guys, I'm hitting 6 months in few days and I think it's time to write a letter to my senators. I remember someone put a sample letter in this thread, but I can't find it. I went through all 70 pages, and searched on Google as well, but can't find it. Anyone remember what page was it? I really appreciate it.

I don't know where the sample letter is, but don't worry about being formal. They work for you, not the other way around. Call them and ask them to help you. They should walk you through the process. If I were you, I would get the process going instead of worrying about formalities

It's in "February filer who wrote a letter to the senator" or something along those lines. But that's more going through differences between the service centers. Just give them your info. & why they should help you. Best of luck!

I am the petitioner.

They ask for the date you mailed the petition, not the date of your NOA1. They don't know when you actually mailed it in, sometimes it can take 3 weeks for an NOA1. I say do what Wait4ever? said.

The reason the government is allowed to get away with this horrible customer service is because they have no competition. I thought monopolies were not allowed in the US. This is a classic case of a monopoly. We HAVE to give only 1 entity our money and then they can abuse it all they want and we can't do anything about it.

If this process was given to private companies that actually had competition, we all would've been with our significant others by now.

I think it may be because they changed their processing time to December 17th rather than 5 months, which would put you inside "normal" processing time. That is just a guess of course.

It was mentioned above to say you mailed it on December 15th which may actually be a good idea as they do not know when you actually mailed it.

Pony express can take weeks :).
