Hey guys, while I was waiting for almost 6 months for approval, I decided to keep a chart of a bunch of SRC numbers that were below mine. I found about 70+ plus numbers that were for I-129F, and they pretty much had dates that matched. Periodically, I would scan through and update them if anything happened. There was a rare approval or an RFE, but not much activity. Anyway, it has picked up as of late, but yesterday was a huge update. Of the 71 numbers I had charted, 13 got approved on 07/07/14. Only 13 had been approved prior to that. I would say that this whole "working on Dec 3rd" is BS....which you guys already knew.

. Thats good to know. Of those 70, what were their NOA1s? Like beginning of January or mid JAnuary?

So USCIS UPDATED THE WEBSITE and as of July 8th, TSC says they are processing December 17th now', so no more 5 months processing time, This now legitimately says they are behind :( oh boy!

Could this mean that they'll actually start doing something about the delay? Like f-ing transfer the cases? Good lord...

I am the petitioner.

it definitely sucks that they are so far behind...but i am glad that they are at least admitting it now.

i wonder if this will prevent people from getting help from their senators at the 5 month mark. since all january filers are now "within the published processing time".

edit: It looks like the December 17, 2013 processing date is as of May 2014. I feel like they have made a lot of progress since then. At least on VJ,

we were seeing a good number of approvals every week for Dec/Jan filers during the month of June.

Yea I was wondering the same thing about getting help from the senators from here on. The December 17th is probably a way to finally stop getting bugged. Now people can't complain that the website says 5 months oh well I'm so fed up with all this man!!!

#bringourNOA2TSC!!! Or transfer our files ughh!

Tell me about it! I doubt they will seek help. They just don't care about us an now they just took away the only complaint we can make about the website discrepancy :/

No, he hasnt moved since. He has been in Virginia the entire time, although he did move 6 months prior to that (from Georgia). I'm trying not to get my hopes up, although it is teetering on that and being worried as ours is the only case that I have seen transferred.

He hasn't spoken or contacted anyone about it, although at the start of the process he did hire a lawyer, which as far as I can tell has been a waste of money. The lawyer didnt even respond to him the last time he tried to contact him (about a month ago) which also seems a bit wrong (for lack of a better way to put it). We both don't like to make waves, but I think the waiting is driving me more nuts than him.

Virginia, you say?! That's AWESOME! I'm up north in Connecticut, so maybe there is some hope that the "old dusty cases" are getting transferred to CSC after waiting sooo friggin long! Woot woot! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, Euphoria!!! \o/

O...M...G! That's such a great idea! I didn't even think of that! I just looked at numbers below and above, but didn't think to keep track on a chart! You're a GENIUS! \o/ Thank you thank you!

December 17ths isn't 5.5 months...that's 5.5 months. December 17th is my birthday. They are way further behind. So, this means that when I hit 5 months, I won't be able to do anything about it because they're a bunch of a-holes. Great...I'm never going to be getting married at this rate...

Ugh, when I said that's 5.5 months I meant 6.5. Stupid typo and then it posted it twice...

I'm also aware that they are a month/2 months behind when posting the data, but that won't help when trying to make a congressional inquiry because that'll be the data given to anyone who calls in, so it's essentially screwing anyone who has an NOA2 of late december or later, when technically, 5 months is now people in february. Another excuse for them to continue to do nothing.

the december 17 date is as of May 2014. december 17, 2013 - may 31, 2014 is 5.5 months. kind of frustrating that they release data a month late. we never know what date they are "really" working.
