January 2014 TSC Filers

Officially 5 months & 1 day. Tried to do an e-request on the USCIS website - apparently 5 months & 1 day is within their processing time.

Between this & the Hobby Lobby decision, I'm just pissed.

I honestly think it's totally ridiculous that on the website it says 5 months, From my point of view that is from the NOA1 -NOA2, But Clearly in their delusional heads that 5 Months means other things, If it takes more than 5 Months, They should stop bloody lying and tell us the truth cause it's not right on us all, We are doing it by the book and yet we still get treated like we have done some sort of crime?

It's barbaric and it's totally unacceptable for anyone. Illegal immigrant gets better treatment than us who HAVE paid for this shi**y service.

"Obama pursuing executive actions on immigration, after House effort stalls"

"America cannot wait forever for them to act," Obama said. He said he's launching a new effort to "fix as much of our immigration system as I can, on my own, without Congress."

Well we got the lucky email and txt today as our visa was finally approved by TSC. Our NOA1 was on June 17. I put in a E-Request in back on the 22nd, and I emailed my senator on the 25th.I am not sure what did it but I wanted to give you some hope that this long nightmare is almost over. Good luck to everyone and just hang in there it will be over soon.

You are correct it is January 17 not June 17 for my NOA1. June 17 is actually my birthday so it was on my mind.

Been lurking for awhile, but decided to officially join once we got some good news. Essentially 180 days to the date, the NOA2 finally came. Got a text/email around midnight last night. Someone at TSC was working late.
