Hi! I don't mind at all. I am the petitioner. I met my fiance on a religious sponsored trip to Cuba. He attended the church that my group partnered with for the trip. We hit it off and kept in touch after I returned home. And I guess the rest is history. ;) Traveling to Cuba can be a little tricky but I've been able to go back to Cuba to visit three times since our first meeting. I'm planning to visit again in early summer (can't wait!!) and then again for his interview later this year (will likely be in oct/nov due to a 5-6 month delay for scheduling interviews in Cuba). I've been holding off on pretty much all wedding planning until we are able to get an interview date. So I'm definitely ready for the process to start moving along. all in due time though. :) thanks for asking!

Thank you for sharing!! Now lets just keep praying for our applications to be processed soon, I am looking forward to start seeing december / january filers getting NOA2 and get mine too.

I have told myself I will limit my visits to VJ to once a day... but I think its too late! This is addictive! Well, God Bless you, dont forget to post here when you get your approval!

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

I look at it everyday, I honestly need to stop doing that because I just get mad. I need to quit checking the processing times and my case status cold turkey because it's starting to drive me crazy sad.png

Hello, I have a question on processing time in the website, there is Processing times tab at the top of the page, once you click the it shows processing times to the right:

Current Processing Times

Petitions with NOA1 dates are being processed:

129F for K1

CSC

TSC

VSC

Where do they get that info from and why did the date for TSC moved from 01/20 yesterday to 01/16 today

:crying::cry::clock:

Oh no! And the average went up to 70 days

Philippians 4: 6-7. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

They get the info from user input, all the Feb and March approvals are screwing the data up. It was accurate before November, but with the Philippines expedites getting approved quick the average time dropped and it seemed like TSC was going faster. The dates went up because now we're seeing more Oct/Nov filers, so the average is slowly shifting back to where it should be (seems like 90-100 days is the real average).

Thats good but I dont understand why can't tsc transfer some cases to California knowing that they have a faster approvals rate makes no sense people tell me it depend on where the petition lives but that is crazy my cousin did her and got transferred to California from Vermont its just crazy and another reason all these illegal people Without papers getting there papers first not fair

It seems like we should start planning on may - june approvals, I was also hoping to get transfered to CSC, but I dont think they would do that, lets be thankful are petitions are not at the VSC which is the slowest.

With over 5k I-129F apps at TSC as of Jan 14 left to adjudicate I don't expect an approval too soon. I hope for it, but honestly I'll be alright until about July, if July comes without an NOA2 by then I might lose it :girlwerewolf2xn:

I've been doing something that might help others, or may make others think I'm insane :content:

As opposed to being concerned with everyone else's progress I've decided to see if I can find cases with updates on the same date as my own updates; I take my case number and check case numbers close to it (I just change the last 2 or 3 digits +/- a few numbers) and I actually found cases that have the same NOA1/ARN change as I have. I memorized the numbers and I check those cases too sometimes, so far no approvals for them either...

I got that tip from this topic from a former adjudicator: http://www.visajourney.com/content/adjudicator-q-and-a, he mentions that cases near each other are "always kept in date groupings or in date order".

So I did this and there is an I129f 3 petition numbers before me that has been approved.. Does that mean me should come soonish? Or is it still a lucky guess?

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

What was their approval date?

I also had a few close to my receipt number that had been approved - but with approval dates in Feb or early March. I just assumed that those were expedites.

If the date was not recent...it probably doesn't give any indication of a soonsih approval. I could be wrong though - just my two cents. ;)

Well the petition right before mine was approved Feb 4th, there are petitions with a receipt number that is less than mine but have an NOA1 after mine. There's also a petition 300 receipts ahead of mine (random guess I tried, I didn't look though them all!!) that has the same date as mine, and several in between that come before or after me. I don't think TSC does their receipt numbers in order, perhaps they reuse them for new apps when they become available? Who knows...

Sorry to butt in on a TSC topic but I also thought to check numbers around mine while we were waiting so I thought I'd share.

We were in a batch of 5 fiance petitions in a row, second in line. The one behind us got approved on Valentine's and I thought great, they're working on our batch! Then a week later everyone ahead of me got approved and I got concerned. We were approved 2 weeks after that. Take from that what you will.

Hope Texas starts on January petitions soon. Good luck everyone!
