Senator Gillibrand is helping me, Senator Schumer will get you nowhere fast!

This too has been my experience. Schumer's Office were very unprofessional, Firstly the phone is defective or something. Sometimes they answer, other times it never rings. The Asian woman who always answers is very abrupt and just said they will call back..they never do

Switched to Gillibrand's office more professional. However lets see what they do

Keep calling everyday & when they're rude tell them you'd be fired if you worked so slow at your job. & they should put in some overtime. Hell, I'll volunteer too. I'd work my job & evenings there if it meant I could get through the back log. There's no reason for them to be so rude. Keep pestering , maybe they'll all get so annoyed they'll actually start to work.

Yep my fiance will keep calling everyday or at least he will try it because he can call around 530. We are trying everything but I am losing hope.

Good luck guys!

Don't lose hope! You WILL get approved! I know how hard it is, it was driving me crazy the week before we got our approval! We were approved just 3 days short of 6 months - that looks like the trend at TSC at the moment so hopefully you've just got a few more weeks to wait.

Keep smiling :)

Why they only approved people faster who from Philippines? Are they specially? The another fiance(e) wait long time? It's unfair.

Some Phillipine petitions are expedited because of the typhoon last year. Try to ignore those, they're not representative of how the timeline usually works.

I had bad luck with my congress persons office too Yvette Clarke, I thought they would be good because she stands on immigration issues. All the office did is send an email to the USCIS, no further help. They cant even place a call!

I called Senator Gillibrand to make sure she got my forms the day I faxed them. I got transferred to the immigration department who said yes they got it and went through all the documents they had, and said they would be in touch. I think its too soon to call again.

New york doesn't have the most competent representatives sadly

Others have had really good luck with Senator Gillibrand. There's nothing wrong with Senator Schumer, he's just too popular and probably gets the bulk of all the immigration requests because everyone knows who he is. We can't forget that there are 1.8 million active immigration cases with USCIS, I would imagine a nice chunk of those cases come from NY since we have a high population. Even 1% of 1.8 million is 18,000, and I'm sure NY has more than 1% of those people! I'm sure even Senator Gillibrand has a lot to do but I feel like she fights for us little guys, so we'll see. I'm trying to be optimistic about that email I got but not enough to get my hopes up

Sorry for the double post...

But imagine that! The timeline estimates are starting to become more accurate as Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan filers get approved!

Processing Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 23, 2014 and July 5, 2014*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Now, if only CSC filers would quit jacking up Igor's list we'd be set

I called USCIS again today! Got a man this time and he said he can't give me an exact time when I can file for an inquiry as I am "not" outside processing time. I played dumb n told him it says 5 months for processing time thus I am indeed outside that time and he said as of June 3rd TSC was processing Dec 3rd so making it still within the 5 months and I should call back when the processing time of June 3rd changes online to ask what new date they are working on. These people are playing games with our lives mannn I'm dying here!!!!!

Gildebrand's Office is on the ball I have experienced that. Very professional, thorough. Not to get political but Schumer has to be voted out...doesn't care, special interests alignment, 22 years in office...

Have you tried to contact the NY Senator's Office? I am on Long Island NY and its Schumer/Gillebrandt (sp). More and more contacts with Congressional "Leaders' the better it is for us. Not sure where you are
